Coffee has always been more than a drink in Palestine, it’s a symbol of warmth, tradition, and togetherness. For generations, it has brought families, friends, and neighbors to the same table. Yet, for all its richness, Palestine had never witnessed a true specialty coffee movement, until now.
Our coffee house was born from a simple but powerful dream: to redefine how Palestinians experience coffee. We set out to create more than a café, we created a gateway, a doorway into a world of flavors, craft, and culture that had never been explored here before.
